How to present the Christmas ginger cookies after baking
We prefer to present the Christmas ginger cookies on a china plate with a light dusting of icing sugar.  Some people like to add to the Christmas theme by cutting the ginger cookies into crosses, Christmas Trees or Santas.  These can then be decorated with ready made icing.  A sprig of holly can also add a pleasant finishing touch to the display.
