Traditional board games for family Christmas parties
• Monopoly:  This is a great board game, but fighting for money and property on Christmas Day always leaves me a little bit unsure if I am doing the right thing from a spiritual perspective.
• Trivial Pursuit:  A great game, but this can alienate the younger family members, since the questions can be quite difficult

Great card games for a large family party at Christmas
• Gin rummy:  This is especially good for the slightly older children (egg teenagers)
• 21:  This is perfect for the younger children in the family
